If you love good food, learning new skills, and sharing a meal with great people, this is for you. Join us for a hands-on Chinese Cooking Class, where we’ll cook four iconic dishes together: • Char Siu Pork Bao Bun — Hong Kong–style BBQ pork in fluffy bao • Singapore Noodles with Chicken & Prawn — a Chinese classic with curry-spiced rice noodles • Pork Meat Sung served in crisp lettuce cups • Kung Po Chicken — sweet, sour, savoury, and spicy with Sichuan peppercorn heat Once the cooking is done, we’ll sit down together, enjoy everything we’ve made, and share the joy of food and conversation.
