Lobo Pad Thai Paste

No Colourings, MSG Or Preservatives Added 

Pad Thai Noodles 
Cooking Instructions: 
1. Add 3 tablespoons vegetable oil to heated wok or pan. Stir-fry 100g each of tail-on peeled shrimps and cube yellow bean curd for 1 minute on high heat 
2. Scramble 1 egg, stir for a while. Add 6 tablespoons of Pad Thai Paste together with 200g pre-soaked rice noodles . If the dish looks too dry, sprinkle small amount of water. Stir-fry until done 
3. Add 100g beansprouts and chives, cut into 2 inches length. Stir-fry for another minute. Serve hot.

( to use dried noodles by soaking 120g dried noodles in hot water for 10 minutes and drain). 

Shake well. Refrigerate after opening.
