Golden Mountain Distilled Vinegar (5% Acidity), this is the type of vinegar (nahm sohm) preferred in Thai cooking - clear white vinegar, which is produced in Thailand. It is sometimes used as a souring agent in Pad Thai recipes, instead of tamarind, to create a different taste. It is also an ingredient in Thai Sweet Chili Sauce and other types of Thai chili dipping sauces.
